There is a lot to consider and plan for when you are ready to sell a house. I appreciate the selling process and enjoy being given the initial house tour, discussing the goals for the property, and getting to work making a plan for a successful sale! 

Here are a few properties that I have listed to be sold over the years. As you can see, I've sold new construction houses and many existing homes.
